Mobile questionnaire

Pharmacy conglomerate working with medicine producers and doctors requested the design and development of an android mobile/tablet native app that will recognize the different paper questionnaires and send the results to a server to analyze and then give results for an effective treatment.

The mobile app allows the user to answer on the app. The questionnaires and results are controlled by the backend and the statistics can be seen. The total development time, including the backend and a dashboard: 36 working days.
