PCN Browser

Pilot Browser is a browser, developed specifically for the Chinese social network P.CN. It contains built-in functions of calling and cloud storage of files.

Task

To develop a personal browser for social network users with such features as logotype, intergrating with cloud storage of files, calls through IP telephony (+ highlighting of phone numbers on pages), synchronization of bookmarks and links.

Goal

Easy access of users to P.CN services, involving users in service usage.

Solution

Mozilla Firefox browser has been used as a basis, branding has been done, the texts and icons have been changed. Specific plugins have been added for implementing necessary functions.

Project results

The browser was released for the audience but after a while was abandoned and in present time isn’t used anymore.
